Yup. Its easy to overdo it, whether it be one workout, or over a course of weeks or months. Over reaching and over training are two different things, but easy to end up doing the latter. The latter can actually set you back due to injury or burn out. By months. Be very careful. Progress properly for your individual needs. Recovery is where your gains happen. Let your body recover, or you will see diminishing returns.
