Customer Service Agent · Provide customer service for airline passengers including check in, reservation/ticketing, greet arriving passengers, gate processing and other duties as assigned 2. Ground Transportation Coordinator · Provides assistance to patrons at taxi stands and passengers with special needs. · Issues audit tickets as applicable to taxicabs accessing the system and being dispatched to terminals. · Collects tickets and dispatches taxicabs from staging lots to terminal taxi stands. · Reports any hazardous or unsafe conditions existing in the taxi work areas to management. · Monitors the performance of taxicab drivers to ensure procedures are being followed in accordance to standard operating procedures and Airport rules and regulations. · Notifies supervisor of procedural violations by taxi drivers and document procedural violations on appropriate form. · Provides direction and answers a variety of questions from the traveling public. · Additional duties assigned by the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. 3. Cabin Cleaners · Thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors, including turn and overnight aircraft as directed by company and/or client specifications and procedures to include but not limited to the following: vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, clean galley, fold blankets, change pillow cases, add supplies, clean out garbage, position seatbelts, clean tray tables, clean windows, upholstery exchange and rug exchange. · Provision aircraft as directed with required ship supplies by aircraft type. · Pull assignments or work orders from computer, as needed. · Leave notice for supervisor to re-order supply items that are running low. · Do all reports accurately and in a timely manner. · Must be familiar with all FAA/TSA/Airline/Company regulations. · Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs. · Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and public in a courteous manner. · Attend meetings and inservices as required. · Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports and files as required. · Must be attired in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials and identification badges must always be visible. · Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives. · Utilize company and client equipment, supplies and resources in a conscientious, cost effective manner. · Perform other duties as requested. 4. Driver · 10 years background checks · Class B Driver License · Excellent attendance and safety record · Ability to follow supervisory instructions and request help if needed, and determine best method of resolution in event of supervisory absence · Proven record of satisfactory performance · Ability to independently solve works process issues and bring to the attention of supervisors product quality/safety issues 5. Food Prep · Follow established rules of each unit for entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by unit manager. · Read specifications for food production to ensure foods is prepared with the correct ingredients and packaged into correct containers · Comply with all HACCP and Flying Food Group sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures · Cut fruits/vegetables/sandwiches using knives in a safe manner to specified weights or sizes · Inspect dispensed items for contamination foreign bodies · Properly return food for storage or dispose of unused food item or supplies to proper storage facility for future use with adherence to dating and rotation schedule · Remove trays of portioned meats, vegetables, fruits, cheeses and other cold food items from refrigerator and place at appropriate workstation for food assembly at the beginning of the work shift. · Return unused food items in their proper container and properly labeled to the refrigerator at the end of the work shift · Pick and Pack sandwiches · Clean the work station at the end on the shift 6. Auditor for aircrafts · Experience in aircraft cabin cleaning preferred. High school diploma required. Must pass background check. · Responsible for reviewing cleaning of RON aircraft
