Yvon had a great week of physio. It is very difficult and is taking everything out of him but he is a champ. Wahhoooo he can now pull himself up to sit on the side of his bed by himself. So, so proud of him. He has a long way to go. He is currently waiting for a bed at the Parkwood Rehab Institute in London. Doctors figure he needs more extensive physio than they can offer at the University Hospital, so they requested a transfer for him. But currently do not have any beds available plus Yvon has to be able to stand for one complete minute with nurses assistant, and he is not quite there yet, but very close. We will be in London for at least another month.
