ZUZE IN POLICE CUSTODY Zomba vendors chairma Josephy Zuze is in police custody for defying Zomba City Councils decision of relocating vendors to their designated flea market. On Monday Zomba City council (ZCC) involved discussions with vendors asking then to move out from streets to the market, however, Zuze came out defying the decision by telling the council to remove vendors who sell their merchandise in Asians velandars. This speech provoked the council to take an action. Vendors in Zomba have gone into the market but Zuze is still in the hands of police. His fellows are seeking for bail today. Peter Mutharika administration embarked a clean up activity which seek to make Malawi cities clean. The activity has already been done in Blantyre and Lilongwe.
