Zain SS brought a new dawn for Uror County Says the National Minister of Information and Broadcasting Dr. Barnaba Marial Benjamin Uror County of jonglei state has at long last been connected to the rest of the country. “This is a new dawn for you brought by Zain South Sudan”. For a long time the county had been out of communication with the state headquarters in Bor making the need for communication connections on high demand by the locals. Speaking during the inauguration of the Zain’s network on 24 /06/2013, the Minister of Information and Broad casting, Dr. Barnaba Marial Benjamin , said Zain had taken a giant stride in breaking the communication barrier that had so far isolated uror community. The Minister beliefs the new network links will greatly facilitate communication with the neighboring counties and the rest of the world. A representative of Uror County in the National legislative Assembly, Dr. Benjamin encouraged the youth of the region to engage actively in agriculture to offset food insecurity and hunger. Accompanied by members of the National Legislative Assembly representing other parts of the state, the Minister toured facilities constructed using financial support from the Constituency Development Fund. During the inauguration ceremony the Chief Operation Officer (COO) for Zain South Sudan Mr. Andre Claassen sounded zain SS commitment in contributing to the development of the new and growing nation in terms of Telecommunication service delivery among others. The moods of the people in Uror County really expressed joy upon the new telecommunication development brought by Zain SS
