Zambia Gets $3 Million for Jan. 20 Polls Zambia has received US$3 million as support towards the January, 20 presidential election. The partners that have thrown in the said sum are the governments of Ireland, Sweden, United States of America, United Kingdom and Japan. Part of the money will be for voter sensitization and also ensure that Electoral Code of Conduct and Act are made available to the electorates. The disbursement of the funds will be conducted by the United Nations Development Programme.
