Zen is complete and absolute peace. It is a state of coolness only attained through a totally laid-back type of attitude. How do you attain Zen enlightenment? Lots of ways! Meditation is when you sit for periods of time to cleanse the mind, making the possibility of Zen enlightenment more likely to happen. Meditation should occur each day, just like eating, breathing, and sleeping. Next, take 5 30 really big deep breaths, making sure you concentrate on each breath. The 5 breaths are not only good for you but will further help your mind release. Let your mind wander and prepare yourself to focus. Focus on the now. In order to focus on a task, you cant be rehashing old regrets or future dreams. You need to let all of that go and focus only on the task at hand. Visualize what youre attempting to achieve and what the finished product will be. This ability to focus on the now is a valuable tool to have up your sleeve. Good nutrition provides you with necessary vitamins and minerals to fight disease, develop strong muscles, have good skin and hair, and a healthy heart. Fruits and vegetables, including zucchini, have Vitamin C, Zinc, and Magnesium to nourish your mind and your body.
