Zero Tolerance. There needs to be a system of education established for people to know what is going on with police now. They react to body language, pitch of voice and emotional response that shows threat to them. They will kill or subdue you. 1. Always detach yourself and remain with a monotone when speaking to them. 2. Be direct and remain still as possible. DO NOT use hand language to demonstrate your speech. 3. Address them as one body when there is more than one officer do not single out an officer. For example use: You guys. Officers. If they ask: Which officer? then you follow with description. Never point. 4. And dont jump in an officers face... like this kid in the video did. Fairly simple.
