Thus, in the past, when Earth had not yet developed a likely candidate in an ape, reptilians were the intelligent species, but later, after climate changes and further evolution, ape-men were the choice. Likewise, the spiritual evolution of young souls, sparking an incarnation and a gradual leaning in one direction of the other, into Service-to-Other or Service-to-Self, occurs natually. Even without any assistance from any visitors, such evolution occurs, and falls into the traditional percentages as an outcome."
