Zierholz Brewery, Restaurants & Bar is looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Manager – For Immediate Start - Permanent Part-Time / 20 - 25 hours per week - Flexible working arrangement $24 to $27 per hour plus super depending on experience - Free meals and staff discounts on products & services including music events We are a Boutique Micro-Brewery, Restaurant & Bar located in Fyshwick and UC Belconnen, looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager to help us manage our accounts and general office administration 3 days per week. The Job responsibilities of this role include, but not limited to accurate, efficient and timely processing of: - Payroll, cash books, accounts payable, accounts receivable & basic cash flow - All aspects of banking, general ledger maintenance and reconciliations - Preparation of financial statements and monthly reporting - Preparation of quarterly BAS and financials for external accountant - Assist with preparation of staff roster - General office administration as required To be successful in this role you will possess: - High level of accuracy and efficiency when completing tasks. - A team player who is reliable and flexible - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently, manage time and set priorities with minimal supervision - Proficient in using MYOB and competent ability with Excel and word - Experience and qualification in bookkeeping / accounting is highly regarded You will be reporting to the Owner / Director of the business and work closely with the Restaurant Managers as well as liaise with the external Accountant.
