Ziggy aka Zipped By A Limo is a 5 year old APHA mare. Shes out of Mean Limousine, and Ratchetts Rosebud. Shes 15 hands and stocky. Shes built beautiful and could succeed well in just about anything. I bought Ziggy from Shipshewana Horse Auction around a month and a half ago. In this month I havent really been connecting with her and shes not exactly what I want. I have rode her and she did really well the first time. Walked, trot, canter. She backed, neck reined, worked off leg pressure. Old owners said in her note that she was shown in 4H and started in English Pleasure. Which both are evident by how she moves and sets herself up. The second time I rode her she spooked and I did fall off. She needs expert rider and handler. Shes really great on the ground, and moves and responds wonderful. Shes friendly and will stand all day for attention and grooming. She loads right into in 2 horse straight trailer. She bathes, stands for farrier and vet. I do love this mare to death but I just want something to get up on and ride for hours that doesnt need a lot of work but something that has potential to do barrels.
