Exodus steel orchestra presenting and sharing Steelband culture in de language of music...describing de instruments and their different voices and range yes answering some technical questions and conducting a session dat any trinbagonian would be proud of. And then de bacchanal start when de band perform and playa few selections as a demonstration for de students gathered there. Suddenly de students burst out in a joyful expression of amazement and took to de stage. Dancing dey traditional dance to de Riddum of de Steelband. Yes as KeithStCyr of Pan Trinbago would say...we have an instrument created by our ancestors who came from Africa and today we on a cultural mission to engage this continent in its musical experience.
