Zionism has been based, since its inception, on denying the humanity, and even the existence, of the Palestinians. Such an attitude inevitably gives rise to genocidal sentiments and, especially under the impunity that the West has given Israel, genocidal acts. In Zionisms case, with its claims rooted in the Old Testaments genocidal Foundation Myth of the savage conquest and ethnic cleansing of the Promised Land, genocide becomes both inevitable and religiously endorsed.
