This position will report directly to the director of the company and be positioned in the head office in Montreal. Experience Required: College/University Degree or equivalent Experience in Wholesale (in any industry) Sales experience in Fashion (or a closely related industry) Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Understanding how to manipulate and create PDF documents Knowledge of the Fashion Industry is a bonus Bilingual is a bonus Job Requirements: Processing Purchase Orders Invoicing Data Entry (working closely with the data entry team) Become proficient with the in house data management software Generating Sales reports Providing reports directly to director on a weekly basis Assist with major accounts AR (assisting the credit team) Sales (regionally) Managing sales reps (nationally) Shipping - working closely with the import/export manager - (track international shipments / pick and pack domestic shipments) Creating/Submitting Vendor Purchase orders to various suppliers Managing Inventory and Stock Levels Customer Service Handling Returns and Damages The Ben & Boule Trading team is looking for a motivated worker for its Montreal office, a dynamic and exciting work environment filled with experienced young professionals. This position requires a hard working, well organized individual who will be exposed to multiple faces of the fashion industry. You will be working directly with the head of sales for several top tier clothings brands that Ben & Boule Trading represent in Canada. You will also be responsible for administrative and logistical tasks throughout the year, which includes close communication with Ben & Boule Trading representatives in Ontario and Western Canada.
