a forceful conversion for marriage is a Criminal Act according to Indian law, hence, in incidents or cases of this form, the Judiciary should/must take strong corrective actions against the Offender as per the rule of law. But why politicize it simply for the vote polarizations ? Well, I dont think Indian court/ or any other courts in the whole world have been careless/soft/biased over these kind of criminal acts? By the way if this ( what is coined as Love Jihad) is such a serious a concern for our society, Indian legislature must draft a bill against any freedom of conversion or marriage that perhaps hurt the sentiments of some groups who claim themselves as the protector of the dignity of others .
