a lap down and I still tried to win it! my shifter broke on the out lap of the girls race. turn 11. I downshifted, but my foot went all valentino rossi for no reason. tried to put my foot back on and no shifter! wut. looked down and its dangling like a Christmas ornament off my bike. ack! I pull into the hot pits and Kenny runs over while Im pointing madly at my broken shifter. everyone grids up and takes off!! without me! noooooo.... Kenny pulls the part off of our parts bike and works on doing the switch. but wait, were missing the 10mm wrench. Im waving to our pits yelling 10! 10! LOL! Jim from catalyst reaction jumps into action and grabs the 10mm wrench out of our toolbox and runs over and hands it over to Kenny operating room style. Kenny finishes the switch and I take off after jenn as she completes her first lap ....to be continued.
