about this pic. i remember this moment. my still-developing mind was just past the logical stage of cause-and-effect, and was entering rationalizing, deducing--from, ouch, thats hot.. to hey, thats that hot thing, yeah i touched that once already. i aint gots ta do dat ag-din. yes, thats me and my freshly cognitive-thinking brain, in the vast and unexplored land outside of the house, for one of the first times ever. i can remember my thoughts, almost ver batim: strange...that guy with the clicky robotic contraption... he looks so unhappy. as.. as if, he, has no perceived meaning behind his toiling with that beastly flashing machine, and no hope for direction to anywhere else...oh, i know! he doesnt know about candy. im a tell him about candy after this. yeah. then logic dictates that he be made happy. there could be no other result. oh, silly little Topher. Didnt understand yet the temporary joy that even candy brings has its limit. God what a little retard.
