acts of kindness really requires you to invest time, compassion and consideration, into someone else life. opportunities for an act of kindness come from observation or request. it also takes discernment to know whether youre enabling or helping a person. and if youre enabling someone its not really being kind to them. i also learned there is many ways to express kindness. we can express it by sharing, giving, speaking words of life, truth and encouragement, listening, and seeking to understand someone, and putting their needs above you self in that moment. #LoveIsKind.
