adventure time fanfic: death of a hero part 1 it had been one month sence the lich had been defeated and the land of Ooo was at peace but little did they know that this was only the begining of the threat for he was to return. finn- and then the monster was like "ill kill you!" and then then he charged at me and got its head cut off by a sharp rock ad was like "AAAHHHH MY HEAD" jake- haha yea that was awesome. so what do you wanna do know finn? finn- dunno what do u wanna... O GLOB MAN! jake- what! finn- I told bubblegum id help her with something todaycome to think of it she never told me what she wanted help with jake- oooooooo I think I know what she needs help with finn- whatdo you think jake- lets just say she wants to take it up a notch if you catch my dift eh? eh? finn- *blushes* dude your mind is messed up! bubblegum would never- jake- ok ok man i was just joking. its just saying ever sence you defeated the lich and princess bubblegum turned 13 shes been calling you to do stuff alot more lately finn- yea that is true... jake then noticeses something is on finns mind that messing him up. jake- something wrong finn? finn- ive been thinking lately what happened to the snail that was controled by the lich? jake- hmmm yea your right. what ever did happen with the snail. well lets just hope that he went back to normal and went on a vaction somewhere. finn- yea... well jake i gotta head to the candy kingdom see ya later. jake- k see ya later at the tree house. finn was right to have a suspition about his little friend because little did they know the lich was still inside of him. at the liches lair... a snail entered the liches lair with a evil, sinister and wicked smile of its face as it slowy entered the throne room of the lich where the power well was. he stared into the well with great satisfaction. the snail them started to fix the liches body to prepare for his return. the snail had jumped into the power well and the well becan to turn black as the snail body was disintegrated in the radiation the spirit of the lich reclaimed its body that the boy had damaged. black clouds slowly cover the land of Ooo which poured blood knowing that the greatest evil ever known had retured once more. first was the ice kingdom with blood stained snow then was the grasslands covering the natures beauty in blood then there was the the maraders homeland then iceburg lake, the ghost kngdom, the ragity kingdom, the jungle kingdom, even lumpy space. the clouds had covered all of Ooo except for the candy kingdom but was about to. finn had arrived at the candy kingdom but had not noticed the clouds for they were not near him. he walked into the castle and went up the stairs to the door of her room. bubblegum said to go there but finn was wondering why, for they usually meet in the coridor. he knocked on the door. finn- princess im here. princess. princess you there? bubblegum- *opens door* oh finn you made it i thought you forgot since you were late. finn- na just lost track of time while kicken monster butt. bubblegum- *giggles* ok well i called you on a urgent matter finn- whats wrong? bubblegum- remember what happened a month ago? finn- of course how could i forget that adventure not to mention thats when you gave me the sweater and when you got younger. bubblegum- do you remember the snail that got possesed by the lich? finn- yea in fact i was talking about that to jake on my way here. bubblegum- well by my calculations the lich is still inside the snail. finn- WHAT!? bubblegum- yes. i found out when the lich controls you for a certain amount of time, in about 10 hours of being posessed, he leaves a part of himself inside your brain. finn- ARE YOU SAYING WEVE GAVE THE LICH A MONTH TO GET BACK TO HIS POWER WELL!? bublegum- im afraid so. finn- oh glob... oh glob... oh glob... this isnt good... princess what are we gonna do!? he knows more about us now and he knows what the ultament weapon against evil is! bubblegum- i know it seems to be hopeless... finn- princess... what are we going to do now? bubblegum- for the first time i..... i dont know and im wondering if were going to be able to stop him this time. finn- speaking of wondering, ive been wondering why you wanted to meet here instead our usual meeting spot? bubblegum- its because im scared finn... im scared that we wont make it... or that if we do make it youll be gone. *silently starts crying* its just that if we dont make it i wanted to tell you something privately. finn- *puts his hand on bubblegum sholder* you can tell me anything. bubblegum- finn, ever sence you first saved me weve been friends. each time you saved me from peril or have willingly helped me ive come to think of you more than a friend. *sigh* i-i cant. finn- what cant you do? princess- i-i cant bring myself to say it! finn- princess please tell me what your trying to say. princess bubblegum was looking straight into finns eyes. she lookes at his hat and began to think about all of the all the time finn had rescued her and helped her with whatever she needed help with never turning her down once. she then realized that finn was hugging her. finn then let go as princess bubblegum was blushing. she took a deep breath and said bubblegum- o-ok ill try. finn what im trying to say is that i-i l-lo before princess bubblegum could finish her sentence the entire candy kingdom shook as the bloodstorm had reached the candy kingdom. the candy plants started to die at the touch of the blood. all of the dead burried in the earth were risen at the touch of the enchanted blood and all of this was headed for a specific target. finn and bubblegumhad ran out to the balcony to see what was going on. finn and bubblegum were left wordless as they saw the evil outside the castle. finn- princess has the lich alerady- finn had stoped before he could finish his sentence because he saw the princess back away in fear and heard her say under her breath bubblegum- oh no... it has begun. to be continued..........
