after 4hrs of grading the butterflies turn up to a 1st kyu! i feel so grateful to my daughter in law sempai pamela n my sempai son keni for their supports n devotion to teach me. i was an uchi deshi at their home n dojo. training from 5 to 7h in the mrning. from 10 to 15hrs n 6 to 8 its pays a lot. am now a 1st kyu kyokushin karaté.
