after I picked up my Expedition from the shop Friday with my new fuel pump installed, I really noticed a substantial improvement. it not only got better gas mileage, but [[[[[[[[[[[[not randomly stalling or shutting down in the middle of nowhere really added to my peace of mind. That was Friday and Saturday. didnt even drive it Sunday. Today, on the way home from work it shut down on a steep climb about 6 mi E. of Llano. 104 degrees. no breeze. no shade. barely any phone signal. several hours, tow truck, back to shop in Llano, and a generous friends ride later, Im back home. Enterprise will pick me up in the morning, and the moral of the story is: tomorrow is NOT Monday!!
