after all the words and opinions said by just about everyone about luis suarez Im now gonna play devils advocate, as people may know Im a huge Liverpool fan who remembers the good old days and regardless of what folk say about my team now they cant pinch my memories, right take rugby a game played by gentlemen who punch, pinch, bite, scratch, poke, and just about any other off the ball or in the scrum/maul etc. dirty underhand thuggery which all of are illegal in the game, yet never unless it results in actual bodily harm serves up any re-crimination to any player because as noted they are all gentlemen and therefore its accepted as part of the game, it is also televised on all of our channels on tv if not as widely so it also becomes influential to kids, in fact I used to know a few young players through their parents and they thought this part of the game was the fun part i.e. getting stuck in giving it to the opponent etc. etc. ok so suarez has issues , me personally think hes a great footballer but having morals (listen to Gordon strachan on that) think he disgraces my club, but what hes done (3times) really deserve such condemnation when put in perspective to my earlier comments, I think a lot of it is born out of jealousy by fans who know what a player he is and wish they had him, also what about the actions of roy keane v haarland, Vinnie jones v danny Thomas, and a lot of other past incidents which have actually ended a players career with intent, i dont really want him at Liverpool anymore I didnt after the ivanovic incident, but I think the overall shock, horror, disgrace the game comments are a bit ott, its always gone on at different levels, every clubs had one, but not many have had such a genius footballer that sets him apart in another category
