after fighting with the automated service with charter, i finally got to a rep. Just to be told Well the bill got sent out to your email and physical address. Well for one, the email you had wasnt a valid email. Your people should make sure they type it in right. Secondly, what part of, why have i not gotten my physical bill and I did not get my bill I want to know what your company is going to do about it doesnt click in your head. Thats fine. Gonna head up to the building Tuesday, pay the bill, and make damn sure they fix their screw up, and fight to make sure they keep a customer like they say they want to. Better tell your customer service reps to chill it on the im better than you attitude after pausing and stumbling trying to say their own name.
