High Value Job Level: M/SM Function: Marketing Location : Circle Reporting to : Own base Head Date : Purpose of the Job A large part of the circle revenue target is driven by the process owner. The position possesses the unique attribute of being versatile so as to constantly assess customer behaviour, draw an insight on the same and design customized schemes and programs so as to cater to the market needs better. Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) 1) Develop products balancing Company’s objectives and customer satisfaction. 2) Evaluate the products launched and post acquisitions evaluate and analyse APRU, Effective rate contribution and recommend corrective action 3) Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on Company’s objectives and Competitor offering /activity. 4) Design offers to micro-manage the High Value base to reduce churn and increase ARPU Decision level Prime: Planning the segmented offers 1) 2) Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis 1) U&R pricing ,circle targets & budgets 2) U&R framework, programs & offers Contributory: All prepaid revenue plan and key actions to drive the same Demostrate (Key competencies) - Analytical ability - Teamwork and collaboration - Results orientation - Analytical and problems Solving - Hands on with MS office Educational Level Must have: A recognized postgraduate degree in Management (preferably from a premier institute) with specialization in Marketing. Working Experience Must have: At least 2 years working experience. Desirable that at least 1 year should be in telecom sales/ marketing.
