albacore tuna wraps with alfalfa spouts~wrapped in spinach wraps, chopped green or red onion with touch of mayo and celery mix in tuna. season sea salt/pepper. u can add tomato too what ever your heart desire is. toss some jack ass sauce after its wrap for more flavor, Mmmm, learn from a vitamin nutrition store, they had a deli in the back one of my hot spots I would spend time with the Lord.. one day in the Lord is like a thousand yrs. ~ this wrap in pic off the internet with reg lettuce. ~ but I prefer alfalfa sprouts! I tell ya u cant get any better then that.. ! :) nUmms. for the tumss.
