amazing all of the illiterate people in this world that can not read was fishing at Lake Padden yesterday which has signs posted every where dogs must be on leash at all times . there was more dogs off leash than on leash & some mentally challenged people were even throughing sticks in the water for the dogs 1 female even let her dog chase the ducks in the lake there is an off leash area for dogs at the south end of the lake if these people only knew how to read.
