and...from the Duck COMMANDER devotional, Proverbs 22:6 Bring up a child in the way they should go....and when they are old they will not depart from it...... well....to self examine myself here, the girls were teen agers when their mother passed away....and I was hit head on it felt like with maybe I hadnt been as good a father directionally speaking as I could have been...nothing major....my intent was sincere....I had just not given all the effort I should have...... its been eleven and a half years since....and now...well I feel more than affirmed (and I give my Heavenly Father all the Glory for it) by both of them... ....and now I see that instilled in them....and passing the intent of this verse along...to Zane...to Addy Mae when she gets here....and I know Elizabeth will be the same when her time comes...... .....for them....for me....its was and is a matter of surrendering to the ONE in control....as it is for all of us......We are ALL children, after all, who need Spiritual bringing up.....Sarah....Elizabeth....love you both......
