ann waiguru@the big quetion calling for downsizing en freezing employment in the psc is uncalled for. I thought this gava came to power on a platform of creating 1million jobs annually?. what will happen to our youths? the police recruitment which took place the other day paints a grim picture of joblessness in the country. a 1/3 of those who turned up for the exercise are graduates. my two cents is; cut retirement age to 55,harmonize salaries,thorough audit on civil servants to root out ghost workers tribalism and corruption otherwise this gava is in 4 a rude shock if they continue with their retrenchment plan.
