anonymous - I have two girls my youngest is 10months and im now pregnant with number 3 because my births were easy no complications both natural no one seems to understand my problem. I am terrified of labour and birth to the point that I cant sleep at night due to the simple fact that it hurts so bad and I hate it. Epidural cant be guaranteed im in new zealand and theres only one hospital close by that does them but because my last labour was so quick they cant guarantee it im terrified any advice or any helpful hints on how to get over my anxiety feel so stuck right now.
