anonymous. This morning on 23/11/14 at about 9.15am my Mum was walking her small dog on a lead. When she reached the corner of Patterson & Parkin Street in Rockingham (near a vacant block of land before you get to the Salvos Store) two dogs (dark brown/black) jumped out of a vehicle and attacked her dog. The driver of the car/owner of the dogs did not even stop to check whether she was okay. Thankfully there were several kind people who assisted her and one lady even drove her to a vet nearby. My mum also has some minor facial injuries which occurred while trying to get her dog away. Her dog is currently having an operation and we are waiting to hear back from the vet. As this all happened so quickly and my mum was in complete shock, she does not have details of the dog breeds or the vehicle details. If you were the driver of the car/ owner of the dogs and have a conscience, please come forward and identify yourself. If anyone witnessed this incident and has information could you please contact admin.
