another WHINE about ENTITLEMENTS. So I just received my insurance claim about my Ankle Surgery. ( and remember I have insurance ) . Between the MRI beforehand, the pre-op and the Surgery itself - my out of pockets are now over $6000.. Add in the fact due to Obamacare ( see my previous rants ) I get dropped by my current insurance at the end of this month - have to go on a short term plan until January - then have to switch to an (UN)affordable health care act plan next year.. so over a 2 year period ( including the KNOWN out of pockets with the surgery - its costing me over $15000 ADDITIONAL. ) yet if I was someone that purposely doesnt work and trolls off society - I could have had this all for free. Getting harder and harder for me to not be cynical. Rich Xs, Craig Saperstein Mark Friedrich - so need to hear your views on this. Another thing - how come we always hear about Social Security running out of money - and its funded by WORKERS payments - but we never hear about WELFARE running out of money - and its funded by US.. hmmmm.. something totally wrong here. Tell me about that CHANGE we were all waiting for...
