anyone elses feet cramp up when double kicking at high speeds? I was playing this - https://youtube/watch?v=xjKyzwqIT7s and about halfway through the part at 1:50, my left feet completely seized, thankfully i was only practicing, but does anyone else have this issue? And does anyone know how to get past it? I should probably mention i destroyed the muscles i that ankle about three years ago, so theyre quite weak compared to my right foot...
