anyone permantly disabled you have my full and utmost respect and sympathy....for a 2 minute job i now have to spend 45 mins on a simple task....strap on and adjust leg brace...insert 3 painkillers into mouth..get dressed washed and dressed without falling over,put shoes on without inducing pain,get crutches and back pack...put backpack on...get crutches and try and get out of door then lock it without falling over.....get to the car without falling over....drive(i can do that without pain)..get out of car get crutches,reattach back pack go to shop get pint of milk and carry without falling over and being in pain whilst holding myself on 2 crutches in pain and pay money...then reverse journey after getting back into car....balh blah blah....i reckon another month of this till i get treatment...if im lucky....then recovery time after op if its what i think it is.......ive only got it temporary and can drive....if i didnt have the car,i would be well and trully marooned.......my flat is slowly becomeing a tip,cant wash the floors or vacume...difficult to have bath,cook wash,clean wipe my arse without falling over...or even lower myself on the pan without pain.......nhs offered me an xray have one week left to wait....thankyou very much conservative goverment...you bunch of expletives...just to say my better knee is now starting to go the same way because of the strain...that one has arthritus,damaged and non existant cartlidge and was supposed to be rebiuilt 14 year ago when it showed the same systemn and gave way......boggle boggle boggle
