This is an excellent, heartbreaking piece. (My heart goes out to ALL parents who are trying to raise their kids to believe in actual justice, the liberty to walk home from the store, and the freedom to draw your next breath without it being perfectly okay for some psychotic vigilante [with a criminal record, no less] being given the freedom to take all of it away in a the blink of an eye.)
