Woody Hayes was a member of the greatest generation in modern history. He fought to achieve all that he could, and indeed I wouldnt mind saying that had he not done so, his young men who played for him would never have achieved all their accolades. He was a father to them; sadly, most homes today are broken and have no father of any measure. There is nothing in this world I despise more from people than the unsavory qualities of apathy and cynicism which lead to appeasement. Both are the curses responsible for how our world is dying. Cynicism are the evils of the world leads to apathy, but apathy will never be interchangeable with respect to cynicism since it stands for indifference and a state of nil of the spirit. Drive, initiative and competition have served as the core principles which have led to mankinds greatness. We have never been perfect,nor shall we ever, but it is our duty as responsible citizens to make lemonade when dealt the sourest lemons. The future will never belong to the faint of heart; it will always be destined to be owned by those who are brave to make a difference.
