as i look at germany and what i have to bargain with, i have to remind myself why i joined... to retire. retiring can be easy and simple. so simple that you have to wonder why people tend to stray down that road. as people get older they have children, for that purpose i can try to understand... i wanted this to be an experience and nothing more. i do believe i have done that and then some. funny thing about the military, i believe they tempt you when you want to leave so you can stay in. i am still young and have many more perpectives to see from. far more than this one... i have lived my military life so long that i know and expect my life in germany to be no different. i must let go and find myself within the struggle of finding myself again. still on the fence, mrc
