as much as SA is labelled as ä DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY there are still people treated superior then others the fact that there are people who are thrown to jail and subjected to different kinds of abuse but theyre people who will commit the same crime and be house arrested im no judge nor lawyer but how can this lawyer defend OSCAR by saying him going to jail will break him because his disabled and can be raped going on about how there are no social workers and so on. Its ABSURD How many people with disabilities have been arrested,everyday prisoners of which you will find werent even guilty commit suicide because they need someone to talk to someone to understand a professional social worker simply because they arent familiar in the publics eye THE court subjects only to the constitution and the law, which they must apply impartially without favour or prejudice.
