at the gym tonight..sometimes I people watch while waiting my turn on the equipment. I seen this lady who happen to be over weight. I seen she was ashamed of herself because I seen her eyes begin the water when she was looking at her reflection in the mirror. I had to walk up to her and ask if she needed a workout partner! she asked are you serious? I said yea...dead serious! I then asked why she was crying. she said you really have to ask?? look at me! I told her I am and I see nothing wrong. she kinda smiled! I said if you dont like what you see then change it! then we started to workout and she told me afterwards how much I made her night! OK That being said! it doesnt matter how you look its all about how you feel on the inside and love yourself! everyone is beautiful to in their own special way! LOVE YOURSELF AND DONT TRY TO PLEASE NOBODY BUT YOUSELF! Had to get that off my chest! :p night!
