back from Portland, whew! rained the ENTIRE trip. to and from. talk about nerve racking, id rather drive hwy 2 than I-5 any day! civic averaged 40.39 MPG though, so cant complain too much...! dad is doing very good. he was up and out of bed a few times and eating solids already, complaining about the food and its heart healthy, low sodium ingredients and the fact that the cafeteria wouldnt serve breakfast foods at 7pm! he also said he could feel and hear the new heart valves they put in, opening and closing. a constant clicking sound. wow! was great seeing my little bro Jeret Burnett again as well. love ya!
