before I sign off I just want to share a new recipe... quick, easy and cheap! Campbells new sausage and rigatoni soup. Add a bit more pasta of your choice. Add a bit of mozzarella and some cottage cheese, whatever fat version you like. I added egg noodles, some more green pepper, a bit of onion and some hot spice. Comes out tasting VERY close to lasagna. Topped it off with a bit of Parm.....absolutely yum!
