I used osmtracker for android to capture gps data, exported to gpx format, which is stored in internal memory, not external SD card, despite what the setting says. To sync the geosetter, use the "use image" where you take a photo of the gps time. I used android "map factor" to show the gps time and then use my camera to take a photo of it. This way, the time the camera is taken is synchronised with the gps time. The time for the picture cannot be shown by windows explorer. Use the exif information shown by geosetter to enter the time withing seconds, instead of minutes. No need for me to buy cameras with GPS any more. geosetter even show the locations of the pictures on a map so you can verify their conversions. I am using geosetter to manually set the coordinates for my other photos that do not have gps tracking data. Only my memory, if I still have them.
