A very rare breed of home grown 3rd gen Cze Char Chef who still knows how to fry a mean Hor Fun with Wok Hei! Must encourage young Cze Char Tzars like him to come up with a dish which will become the next Singapore Iconic dish! I am glad he shares the same vision! The food at KEK is very good. A testament to three generations of great chefs!
