bob and Lee Jaffe has rubbed shoulders with the Wailers for three years, between 1973 and 1976. This painter, photographer, and artist harmonica runs into Bob Marley in a hotel room in New York. The starting point of a long adventure everyday with the Wailers, he follows in Kingston. A Hope Road where he resides, Lee Jaffe witnessing the birth of several songs, also gives a hand on writing Talking Blues, Roadblock, I Shot The Sheriff, and even went on stage with them. Later, it will produce Barrington Levy, Joe Higgs, the Wailing Souls or Morgan Heritage. His three years alongside the Wailers, Lee Jaffe has kept many anecdotes he tells in Bob Marley & The Wailers, 1973-1976, a book co-written with Jeremiah Kroubo Dagnini (author include Vibrations Jamaican , the Origins of reggae back to its roots ).
