brings me back to the 90s..Jesse called me at my retail outlet on Long Island, telling me how much he wanted Jayne County on his show, as Jayne had never gotten the respect she deserved.. I arranged for Jaynes then label, Royalty Records, to get her up to the studios, and Jesse, Jayne and Dave R. from Royalty walked in, and right into a brick wall.. MTV made it clear that there was no way in hell that a transgendered punk was going to guest on Lunch With Jesse and all three of them wound up out in the street..Ah, the good old days!!
