bs move by this administration, sending out pink slips to servicemen/women rank of Captain deployed into combat area. These Captains are where the rubber meets the mat, they command small units of around 200, the carry out the mission, plan missions and school the younger lieutenants, train them up. They are responsible for health, morale, and leadership. They would be promoted into field grade position in time(Majors, Lt. Colonels and Colonels) with combat experience that you cannot acquire from any place bt combat, an invaluable aset when in that situation. If this country can create DHS, TSA, Air Marshalls, surely it can afford to retain these invaluable combat leaders. To pink slip them while in combat is immoral, uncomprehensible and disgraceful.
