You have to crave improvement and embrace suffering. When we neglect mobility, short reps, or back off a dirty met con when we have gas left in the tank instead of fighting through the suffering we leave performance on the table. You have to even have the ability to endure rough workouts by yourself for no other reason than a sense of self satisfaction that you have become a person who can continually push themselves and reveal that you always have a little more to give. I challenge you all to do a workout that scares you this month. If it doesnt scare you its not tough enough. Be smart about what you pick. Dont do some 1 hour metcon. Long and slow scares no one. Pick one that gut punches you and you have to fight through. If you dont know one. Ask Coach Lucas or Coach Nick for an idea. Get after it.
