cant hardly wait for the jury trial with Michael shurer on December 4th 2013, he is going to commit purgery by saying I left windows open on the nights we had the -22 degree weather, truth is I did NOT have any heat in my unit as the water that circulates through the baseboard heaters had been turned off and was in the drop ceiling of the unit below me AND the wire where I could have installed the thermostat I have was DEAD- the electrician had to fix the wire to install the current thermostat. I had no way to heat the unit- so when he lies on the stand about the heating in my apartment- I am going to have the court file purgery charges against him, I tried to find another apartment, but he was telling prospective renters LIES and if there is anything I hate worse than a sneak- its a liar...
