cant load up the armored truck just yet but i know my promoting is working since i had a sale in my etsy shop today. this means there are actual shoppers on etsy and not just crafters. :-) sitting here debating on spending money on business card order or using that part of my budget to have supplies. for this order i did a nice handwritten thank you since i do have lots of stationary and some thank you or blank note cards. shame it costs the same to buy ink as it does to buy business cards. i could easily print off my card as needed. surveying my location has made me realize that handing out business cards locally is just a waste of paper. this area will either throw them out or pick their teeth with it. ugh... after some talking to a few locals with kids it is official that i can not make any kind of deal with the people to let me use their kid as a model for dresses. they are more than willing but thats because they have some idea that i am going to give them a closet full of clothing. also lack of hygiene might be be an issue. not sure why parents are dressed to the nines and have the latest electronics and their kids are looking like they just crawled out from under a rock. sad sad state of things. aydin had everything she needed before i even got a slice of bread. so theres todays news and griping. sorry got on a roll and the venting slipped in. oops...
