[capsule review] Before Midnight: Yet another wonderful, candid, if at times neurotic and painful conversation, mostly between Jesse and Celine. A satisfying conclusion to the trilogy; that being said, I think you could probably watch this one without having seen the other two without too much difficulty -- they are a couple in their midlife crisis years, on vacation, and given the space to work through some of their respective midlife angst. A lot of the movie is about Delpy going off the deep end of insecurity and Hawke trying to reel her back to sanity. Their chemistry remains unique, and wonderfully human, if a tad less realistic than real life. Worth seeing, although a big screen is not really required.
