citizensource/History/20thCen/CRA1964/CRA2.htm Public Accommodations..Food court is on 2ndfloor, theater is on 3rd floor ...River Park Security violates this civil rights all the time, just for disagreeing with them...Example I was playing music by column, they came out and told me i could not be there, i called police on them..The police told them , they cannot make me move from public sidewalk. so they trespassed me from the mall....In the first picture, Dennis Morgan, the maintenance supervisor, along with the former security supervisor Jack Woodrow Lindell, made an attempt to try and frame me up for an assault..They called the police, so did I...The cameras said different..The one Jack Woodrow Lindell, has harassed street kids so much, they made a tag out of him calling him thudercop, and about his peeking into the bathroom stalls. those are not mine. they continually told me he was following them to the bathrooms, and peeking on them, then if they said anything, he would accuse them immediately of writing on the walls, (they were not writing on the walls) I called the mall general manager, Bryn West at 808 W Main Ave, Spokane, WA 99201 (509) 363-0304 and would report Jack Woodrow Lindell, she called the police on me. I mentioned it to the mayor , the city council, the police, they did nothing..why? because they did not want to be sued..I do not blame them. But this shows the fear factor in Spokane regarding the corporate powers like the Cowles Publishing..You see I will keep telling this story several different ways..The security and janitors at River Park Square have no accountability, they approach people, and will not give their names, they call each other units...Bryn West is called Unit Ten, they even strip each other of being human, call each other units and numbers...Will People keep saying this my agenda? Probably, that is easy to do. But it is not just my agenda., It is crimes against humanity they commit. and one of these days, somebodies son or daughter or niece or nephew, is going to get mistreated, and then somebody is going to get pissed and do something..Abuse is going to far now. The security have been interfering with legitimate protests now...I go through a lawsuit, mine is locked in...They have not stopped. But you see they are not going to engage with many more lawsuits...they are paying $5000 per month to protect the Jack Woodrow Lindell, if their were ten more lawsuits, that would be a half million dollars per month expense..There needs to be justice on these unaccountable security and janitors and management, and annyone else that keeps violating simple civil rights
